Donna French

Donna was always the athlete until she graduated from college and got a "real" job...then chasing that professional corporate life was her focus. As she progressed in her corporate life, her health and fitness took a back seat.

Donna would wake up and wonder if this was really how you felt as you got a little older: aches, in pain, and tired. Pain that she thought wouldn't hit until she was older. Then a chance to change her direction and think about a career change. It was time to take charge of her future. So at 30-40lbs overweight, in her mid-40s, and uncomfortable with her appearance, Donna decided it was time to learn to be comfortable in her skin.

Donna became an owner of kickboxing studios and started her fitness journey. It is her mission to make sure that they do! She competes in bikini competitions, is a natural bodybuilding show promoter for the National Gym Association (NGA), and is a fitness and nutrition junky!
